Let me welcome you to our last Sales Cycle Meeting of 2019 in Szczyrk, Poland. I believe all of you arrived well motivated and prepared to contribute to the program and to the meetings which shall provide us with the tactics and ammunition to end in the best possible outcome 2019.
With a remorse on human-personal level I am sad that Greek colleagues will not be together with us but in same said, we did an excellent choice to rearrange the territories and Central European region as well Greece will experience to a significantly improve focus and resource allocations to capture all market opportunities to boost our No. 1 market positions.
The first Sales cycle was devoted beside other parts to Playbook introduction and to the topic What we do matters. How we do it matters.”
The Strategy in Action and the topic “Innovation starts with the first step. Innovation starts with an each of us”, was a leading component of the second Sales Cycle meeting in Prague. The third Sales Cycle meeting is going to capitalize on last 9 month of 2019 and to be focus and re-aligned and on commercially fully loaded organization, in the leading focus to commercial performance and market boosting before the take-off year 2020. People managers and marketing teams will get introduced to the results of New Employee Onboarding journey’s project, respectively to MAXX 100 introduction. Both will contribute to our efficacy, performance and adherence to compliance.
Leadership team is aware that teams gathering is a unique opportunity to formal and informal informational exchange. Therefore, we have done our upmost to reserve space for all of us to meet in more relaxed atmosphere or situations to foster our personal discussions and networking.
